Ingredients
12 Medjool Dates (pitted or not)
6 tsp Unsweetened Salted Creamy Peanut Butter
2 TBSP dark chocolate chips
1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
Directions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Gently separate your dates, remove the pit if needed, and be careful to leave the date slightly attached.
- Place the dates about an inch apart on the parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper over all the dates.
- Gently press down on each date using a bottle with a round bottom. You want to flatten each date so it slightly resembles a heart shape.
- Remove the parchment paper from the top of the dates. Spread a 1/2 tsp of peanut butter on top of each flattened date.
- Using a microwave, melt the chocolate chips. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date, and then sprinkle with hemp seeds.
- Place the sheet pan of dates into the freezer for about 20 minutes to set. Remove and place in a container with a lid and store in the fridge.
