Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool Dates (pitted or not)

  • 6 tsp Unsweetened Salted Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 2 TBSP dark chocolate chips

  • 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds

Directions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Gently separate your dates, remove the pit if needed, and be careful to leave the date slightly attached.
  • Place the dates about an inch apart on the parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper over all the dates.
  • Gently press down on each date using a bottle with a round bottom. You want to flatten each date so it slightly resembles a heart shape.
  • Remove the parchment paper from the top of the dates. Spread a 1/2 tsp of peanut butter on top of each flattened date.
  • Using a microwave, melt the chocolate chips. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each date, and then sprinkle with hemp seeds.
  • Place the sheet pan of dates into the freezer for about 20 minutes to set. Remove and place in a container with a lid and store in the fridge.
