In our one-on-one sessions, we will…
Dig deeper into your current eating and exercise patterns. Do you feel energized by the foods you're eating and the ways in which you are moving your body? If not, let's figure out why.
We will focus on nourishing our bodies through whole foods that leave us feeling full and satisfied.
We will set goals, and meet them. Life is crazy, setbacks will happen, but I will be there to support you each step of the way.
We will train smarter, not harder. Making sure to build recovery into our program, reconnecting with our body, and learn when to push and when to pull back.
We will focus on action over perfection and lose the food rules and drama.
We will explore counting macros, intermittent fasting, and intuitive eating. What each strategy does, and how it can help us optimize our health.

◊ Initial 60 minute session to go over current nutrition and fitness lifestyle, discuss past experiences around food and exercise, uncover mindset roadblocks, set goals and expectations.
◊ 30 minute weekly accountability check-ins (done on Fridays), discuss prior weeks wins and roadblocks, strategize for upcoming week
◊ Access to my 65 page Back to Basics PDF, choke full of strategies, a 2 week meal plan, recipes, my favorite products and more
